Handling filing and general works in Finance & Accounts Department.

Job Description

  1. Assist in conceptualization of leasing plans and strategies by developing attractive leasing packages, merchandising mix plans and tenant bundling
  2. To attract new tenants at competitive market rental rates and leasing packages to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure good return yields
  3. Conduct presentations and site visits for prospective tenants
  4. Attend walk-in and telephone enquiries on leasing and retail lots
  5. To do prospecting for new and interesting retail concepts to improve tenant mix
  6. To identify suitable prospective tenants and make recommendations for vacant lots and replacement of existing tenants
  7. To achieve monthly KPI set by the management

Job Specification

  1. Preferably candidates with Diploma or Degree in Marketing / Leasing / Business Management / Business Administration
  2. At least 5 years’ experience in leasing at shopping malls
  3. Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
  4. Possess good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
  5. Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage

Job Description:

Senior Finance Manager distributes the financial resources of a company, is responsible for the financial reporting, cash flow management, budget planning, supervise and provide guidance to the sub-ordinates’ works performance. Hence, we are looking for a reliable Senior Finance Manager that will analyze every day financial activities and subsequently ensure financial reports are compliance with the statutory and regulatory requirement.

  • Preparation of Group consolidated financial statement and quarterly announcement for timely submission to Bursa Malaysia.
  • Co-ordinate and review subsidiaries’ monthly financial statements and provide variance analysis and commentary in support of the management account, incorporating notes and updates as directed.
  • Continually adapt and improve management reports, update accounting policies and financial reporting standards.
  • Consolidated Group annual budget, including long-term cash flow planning and rolling business plan/forecast information for subsequent years.
  • Liaise or coordinate with internal auditors, external auditors, tax agents, company secretary and banker for compliance with regulatory/statutory requirement.
  • Handling Group’s treasury function including fund raising exercise and monitoring of Group cash flow.
  • Preparation of annual report.
  • Up-to-date on latest accounting standards MFRS and Bursa listing requirements and its application.
  • Assist in handling corporate finance function in relation to any corporate due diligence, circular and corporate proposal of the Group.
  • Review feasibility study of business development/new land acquisition and liaise with bankers and advisors on the funding and execution of the acquisition proposal.
  • Senior Finance Manager works directly under the supervision of the Financial Controller and is the representative of the Financial Controller to the rest of the accounts staff, insofar as the performance of their work is concerned.
  • Undertake any ad-hoc duties as prescribed by the head of Finance to assist in achieving Finance Department’s objectives.

Job Requirement:

  • A qualified certified Accountants and member of recognized body of professional of Accountants with minimum 10 years’ experience gained in areas of financial reporting for public listed company in Malaysia.
  • Able to work independently to meet reporting deadlines
  • A self-starter, proactive, meticulous, well organized and possess strong analytical, leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in auditing and developer experience is advantage.
  • Excellent accounting software user and administration skills.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office and various Accounting Software.
